Privacy Policy (GDPR)

North Operations Virtual Airline (NOVA) collects basic member data (name, callsign, email, flight hours). This data is used only for internal operational purposes.

Members may request modification or deletion of their data at any time by sending an email to ceo@flynovajets.com.

NOVA does not publish or share surnames or email addresses of its pilots publicly. The public pilots page only shows: Callsign, Name (or initial for greater privacy), Rank and Flight Hours.

Retention and security: Data is retained while the user is an active member or until they request deletion. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied to protect the information.

Data subject rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as to object to or limit its processing. To exercise these rights contact ceo@flynovajets.com.
